Learn the foundations and fun of a classic strength training system that has stood the test of time.

Utilising a unique blend of Kettlebells and bodyweight training we build better bodies while having fun, getting strong and swinging chunks of iron around.

Ideal for mums who want to get fitter, the sessions allow you to exercise with your baby as well as providing an opportunity to socialise and meet new friends.

Unique and sweaty 1 hour workout using a combination of strength, Boxercise and conditioning exercises to really get you building muscle, burning calories and releasing unwanted stress.

See your strength, balance, coordination and fitness increase week by week.

Girls' Got Grit Strongwoman Club

Girls' Got Grit is a community spirited club coached by Kezz. She started the club to try and introduce more women to the sport. GGG members range from women that have maybe been too nervous to try the event on their own all the way to experienced strongwomen.

Bars Before Bro's

Our female only barbell club is open to all levels, including complete beginners!

You can learn to perfect the big compound lifts; squat, bench press and deadlift, accessory exercises and appropriate warm-ups. It's a great environment for you to learn/ improve your form and build confidence.
