Savage Strength Strongman Club
NOT YOUR NORMAL STRONGMAN CLUB!
Whether you're a competition experienced veteran or an absolute beginner to strongman, Savage Strength Strongman Club has you covered!
Savage Strength Strongman club is perfect for beginners and intermediates looking to progress their strength & technique in strongman as well as seasoned veterans and those looking to compete.
Even in Strongman, solid technique drives progress, which is why theres a big focus on not just getting strong, but being technically sound too.
No matter your reasons and goals for training strongman, Savage Strength is here to support, help and guide you to achieving them.
We’re a little different to the norm as we’re the only Strongman Club in the region that runs multiple times a week with a full, comprehensive and progressive program that will take you to your goals!
This means that, unlike other Strongman sessions that run, we also include barbell work and assistance movements… Because the best strongmen didn’t become the best by only doing events!
This also means there's structure.
Through the week we look to progress basic barbell movement patterns covering the squat, overhead press and deadlift while having relevant events to those skills scattered into the sessions keeping you well rounded and ready for Fridays event session!
Give yourself the best chance of lifting the most weight and staying injury free by learning the correct technique wherever you are in your journey.
