Savage Strength Weightlifting Club is perfect for beginners and intermediates looking to progress technique and overall strength in the olympic lifts as well as those looking to compete and take their weightlifting to the next level.

 

No matter your goals, Savage Strength is here to support, help and guide you to achieving them.

 

Solid technique drives progress and its always the first focus in the sessions.

 

Couple that with a progressive and proven club program that will be adapted to address your individual strengths and weakness’ and you’ve got a recipe for success.

The Club:

  • BWL affiliated club

  • Fully qualified expert coaches

  • Full club program

  • 4x 90 minute coached sessions a week

  • Supportive & friendly club environment

  • Discounts on extra one to one sessions and upgrades to personalised programming.

Club Times:

  • Mondays at 6pm

  • Tuesdays at 6pm

  • Thursdays at 6pm

  • Fridays at 5pm

Pricing:

  • FSI Members Drop In:  £6 per session

  • Non-FSI Members Drop In: £10 per session

  • Monthly Membership price upon request

Due to the nature of Weightlifting, experience with the barbell is a must. 

You don’t have to be perfect, but you should be able to Overhead Press & Back Squat safely and somewhat competently.
